Replacing the caster

OK, as we all know the caster at the back caused us a couple of problems on the first test, so please put ideas for replacing it here.

Ball transfer is slightly the wrong thing... but hopefully there's something similar out there, will keep looking, and if I don't find, look at making one using a 200mm plastic ball and some ingenious engineering.

emmm..... It wouldnt be too hard to fabracate but it needs to be stuirdy!!! needs to have a bit of weight to it! i could give a diagram to any one how wants one, simular to a ball joint to a biped i onces started (not finished) - matt
