ed - display newzbin.com report information from a TV filename

Description

Looks at the filename and determines the show name, series, episode. Does a search on tvrage.com for the episode. It then looks at the rest of the filename to see what the source was, what encoding was used etc.

This information is currently used to create reports on newzbin.com v3
