TV auto scheduling - Downloads tv episodes as soon as they appear on newzbin.com

Commands
- tv add show [hr] [ts] [priority] - add a show to the autoscheduler
- tv list [show] - list all scheduled shows that match 'show'
- tv del show - delete a show from the scheduler, 'show' has to match the showname exactly (to be fixed in later release)
- tv now - display the shows that an episode airs in the next week.
- tv history date/period - show previously download episodes for a specified day or period (>= 0.7.5)
- tv update - Perform a check for new episodes posted on newzbin.com
- tv date - (>= 0.7.5)
- tv period - (>= 0.7.5)

Description
The autoscheduler checks with tvrage.com for the next airing episode of a particular show. When that episode airs it checks with newzbin.com to see if the episode has been posted yet, if it finds the show it downloads the episode nzb file. If if does not find a match within 1 week it deletes the entry and re-checks with tvrage.com.
Specifing a date/period after tv will look for shows that have an episode airing on that date
date can be in almost any format:
- Yesterday
- next friday
- today
- last monday
- 30th Oct 2006
period can is in the following format:
- 1d
- 1day
- 2days ago
- 1week 3d
- -6d
As of 0.7.7 date ranges can be used as a combination of both dates and periods (see examples)
