Change Log
- Fixed a bug in php where 07 = 7 and 08 = 0
- removed grabnzb (which seemed to had of broke) and wrote my own nzb downloader (includes more debugging information and does not crash if the nzb id is invalid)

Known Bugs
- Gentoo's php is broken in relation to the select_stream function
- If you do not use the tv functionality it gives an unknown function error
