Week 2 (16/01/06)

  • Incorporate the compass + GPS into a simple Kalman filter - tiberious, Willott
  • Work on the map on the GUI - tiberious 20/01/06
  • Develop 5 circuits for bumper- Catia
  • Implement "intermediate" circuit- Catia
  • Order ultrasonic sensors- Catia
  • Designning the Path Planning Algorithm - Brian
  • Building the Waypoints Map Program - Brian
  • Writing the pseudo code for Route Planning and Obstacle Avoidance program - Brian
  • Finish FTDI Interface Code, Start LADAR interface Code - MattSk

Week 3 (23/01/06)

  • Start work on the PID type correcton using odometry - tiberious, Willott 01/02/06
  • Finish main part of the map - tiberious 25/01/06
  • Incorporate the Threaded Kalman into trunk - tiberious 25/01/06
  • Program PIC for the intermediate circuit- Catia
  • Test intermediate cirucit- Catia
  • Add command responses to bump sensor input in main program - Willott
  • WayPoints Map Program finished, Starting on building Route Planning + Obstacle Avoidance Program - Brian

Week 4 (30/01/06)

  • Extend the kalman filter to do other stuffs - tiberious, Willott
  • Place circuits on the robot- Catia
  • Route Planning Algorithm finished. Integrating the Waypoints Map Program with the Route Planning Algorithm. - Brian
  • Building the Obstacle Avoidance Program. - Brian

Week 5 (06/02/06)

  • Incorporate Brian's Code into the main code - tiberious
  • Finishing mechanical part of the bump sensors- Catia
  • Obstacle Avoidance Program Finish, incorporate with MAT on his ladar code. - Brian

Week 6 (13/02/06)

  • Try and finish the GUI with ladar + sonar - tiberious
  • Seperate out the GUI and the robot into client/server - tiberious 13/02/06
  • Implement Ultrasonic sensors- Catia
  • Basic Testing of the route planning with obstacle avoidance start this week. - Brian

Week 7 (20/02/06)

  • Incorporate the lidar code into the main code base - tiberious, MattSK
  • Fix everything - tiberious
  • Carry on with implementation of ultrasonic senosrs- Catia
  • Have the gps fully intergrated John
  • Have test sample or testing of gps improvments John
  • Discuss aproprate time when to ahve the presentation John
  • Have the remote control teather built John
